Initiate a Personnel Event

If you're a member of the Personnel Managers team, you can initiate personnel events such as onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, and more.

To initiate a personnel event, complete the following steps:

  1. Open the Change Management Taskboard using one of the following methods:

    • From the Home page - select one of the personnel event types under the PERSONNEL EVENTS heading.

    • Go to the My Taskboards menu and select Personnel Events.

  2. Select the Request Change button. The Request Change window appears (see picture below).

  3. Select one of the following options:

    • Onboarding - This option walks you through the process of adding a new person to your financial institution.

    • Offboarding - This option walks you through the process of removing a person from your financial institution.

    • Role Transition - This option walks you through the process of transitioning a person from one role within your organization to another. The role transition can either be done immediately or can be scheduled to begin either immediately or on a date in the future.

    • Leave of Absence - This option walks you through the process of responding to a temporary leave of absence. The leave of absence can be scheduled to begin either immediately or on a date in the future. The return date can also be scheduled for a specific date or left open to be defined later.

    • Change User - This option allows you to request a change of permissions within an application for a specific user.
      NOTE: This option is only available if you are also part of the Security Team or Provision Team.

  4. After selecting an option, select the Next button. You'll be asked a series of questions based on the option selected.
